Resistance to chemotherapeutics is an eminent cause that leads search for options help in diminution of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) by overcoming resistance issues. To unveil the effect CFA on PDAC, we carried out this research PDAC cells, following which checked combination pre-sensitization effects CFA. Subsequently, manifested in-vitro analysis showing IC50 concentrations 37.37 15.06 µM Panc-1 Mia-PaCa-2, respectively. The index with different drugs was explored showed antagonistic treatment leading further investigation pre-sensitizing effects. reduced concentration doxorubicin both cell lines also triggered ROS generation determined 2′,7′-dichlorofluorescin diacetate assay. differential gene expression after discrete genes affected i.e. N-Cad Cas9 Pi3K/AkT/mTOR along p53 Mia-PaCa-2. Collectively, study investigated role as therapeutics mechanism mitigating sensitizing chemotherapeutics.
