Abstract
Objective
The
objective
of
this
study
was
to
examine
the
impact
and
underlying
mechanisms
Aconitum
Heterophyllum
in
mitigating
cellular
inflammation.
Methods
Initially,
principal
components
A.heterophyllum
were
obtained
from
relevant
literature
sources,
corresponding
protein
targets
searched
on
Pubchem
Swiss
Target
Prediction
database.
Subsequently,
genes
linked
with
inflammation
gathered
PHARMGKB,
OMIM,
GeneCards
databases.
core
screened,
a
protein–protein
interaction
(PPI)
network
constructed
using
Cytoscape
3.9.1.
For
general
targets,
gene
ontology
(GO)
analysis
Kyoto
Encyclopedia
Genes
Genomes
(KEGG)
conducted.
Molecular
docking
further
applied
for
compounds.
Finally,
RAW264.7
model
constructed,
MTT
assay,
Griess
assay
qRT-PCR
used
initially
validate
anti-inflammatory
effects
A.
heterophyllum
its
mechanisms.
Results
In
total,
35
compounds
1322
associated
,
along
3534
implicated
intersection
yielded
244
common
contributing
enrichment
146
pathways.
Notably,
results
molecular
revealed
strong
binding
between
active
targets.
Furthermore,
vitro
experiments
indicated
potential
’s
ingredient
through
modulation
EGFR/JAK2/STAT3
pathway
EGFR-AKT
pathway,
as
well
inhibiting
NO
release
reduce
inflammatory
response.
Conclusion
exerts
activity
by
EGFR-AKT1
signal
transduction.

BACKGROUND
Chronic
psychological
stress
(CPS)
is
increasingly
recognized
for
its
detrimental
effects
on
systemic
and
oral
health,
yet
impact
peri-implantitis
remains
underexplored.
AIM
To
evaluate
the
evidence
linking
CPS
to
peri-implantitis.
METHODS
This
systematic
review
was
conducted
according
PRISMA
guidelines.
Publications
searching
PubMed,
EMBASE,
MEDLINE,
Cochrane
Library,
ClinicalTrials.gov
human
studies
published
in
English
from
1983
December
2024.
Additionally,
quality
assessment
of
selected
full-text
articles
were
performed
using
modified
Newcastle–Ottawa
Scale.
RESULTS
From
an
initial
total
3964
studies,
4
cross-sectional
comprising
432
participants
met
inclusion
criteria
consistently
demonstrated
a
positive
association
between
However,
findings
are
compromised
by
small
sample
sizes,
study
design
limitations,
methodological
heterogeneity,
inadequate
adjustment
critical
confounders
such
as
smoking
prior
periodontitis.
CONCLUSION
Cortisol
levels
peri-implant
sulcus
fluid
linearly
correlated
with
probing
depth,
suggesting
this
relationship
may
be
independent
