The grape is one of the most produced and processed horticultural crops. This study evaluated genetic resource belonging to Vitis labrusca species. diversity was assessed according morphometric, antioxidant, physicochemical, colorimetric characteristics. using a variation index multivariate analyses. bunch weight vines exhibited range from 21.05 g 162.46 g, with coefficient (CV) 38.97%. average 64.74 g. In terms berry properties, highest CV observed for (21.95%). peel thickness displayed 36.40%, an 0.23 mm. CVs juice characteristics in berries studied were 7.11%, 16.61%, 19.41%, 28.10% pH, TSS, must yield, TA, respectively. Abstract The present study aimed to characterize chemical and sensorial composition of Goethe wines from Grape's Valley Geographical Indication, Brazil. wine samples were made Clássica grape its spontaneous clone, Primo , grown in two different micro‐regions located the GI territory (2022 2023 vintages). Samples produced by microvinification process evaluated for classic oenological parameters, antioxidant activity, total polyphenol, organic acids, sensory descriptive analysis. results demonstrated that presented highest browning index, acidity, phenolic content both consecutive vintages. Moreover, vintages, major acid all was malic acid. analysis allowed accomplishment attributes intensities previously unknown literature. overall data afford new insights related impact grape's genetic differences on characteristics. In order to compare the grape juice sensory properties of four common seedless varieties (Kyoho, Summer Black, Moldovan, and Sweet Sapphire) in China, a thorough comparison these was conducted. Physicochemical indicators, aroma, color characteristics were analyzed compared commercially available not-from-concentrate Concord juice. The contents fructose, glucose, seven organic acids evaluated. Kyoho Sapphire possessed optimal Brix-acid ratio range around 35-40. terms 60 volatiles identified by GC-MS, including 16 alcohols, 9 terpenes, 6 aldehydes, 4 ketones. demonstrated highest aroma intensity with superior floral fruity notes, while showed lowest grassy scent. Additionally, pigment profiles investigated HPLC-PDA-MS. Black grapes featured vibrant color, 52.5% their anthocyanins acylated, which helps provide good stability follow-up processing. best overall properties, most saturated delightful aroma. It suggested that blending could be promising way achieve balanced taste, This study provides feasible combination Chinese local for making all-round high-quality products.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to look into the use thermotherapy and shoot tip culture disinfect grapevines from Grapevine fanleaf nepovirus (GFLV), fleck virus (GFkV), leafroll closterovirus (GLRaV) -1,-2,-3, all which are required for certified sapling production. GFkV, GLRaV-1,2,3-infected grapevine scions were taken initial testing put 10-liter plastic containers.
