Despite the undisputed development of medicine, antibiotics still serve as first-choice drugs for patients with infectious disorders. The widespread use results from a wide spectrum their actions encompassing mechanisms responsible for: inhibition bacterial cell wall biosynthesis, disruption membrane integrity, suppression nucleic acids and/or proteins synthesis, well disturbances metabolic processes. However, availability antibiotics, accompanied by overprescription, acts double-edged sword, since overuse misuse leads to growing number multidrug-resistant microbes. This, in turn, has recently emerged global public health challenge facing both clinicians and patients. In addition intrinsic resistance, bacteria can acquire resistance particular antimicrobial agents through transfer genetic material conferring resistance. Amongst most common strategies are: drug target site changes, increased permeability antibiotic inactivation, efflux pumps. A better understanding interplay between defense against is crucial developing new or combinations. Herein, we provide brief overview current nanomedicine-based that aim improve efficacy antibiotics.

Tetracyclines and sulfonamides are broad-spectrum antibacterial agents which have been used to treat bacterial infections for over half a century. The widespread use of tetracyclines led the emergence resistance in diverse group bacteria. This can be studied by searching genes present bacteria responsible different mechanisms. Salmonella is one leading causing foodborne diseases worldwide, its has widely reported. literature review searched Virtual Health Library articles with specific data samples: found, primers PCR, thermocycler conditions. results revealed that presented high rates tetracycline sulfonamide, most frequent samples isolate were poultry pork. frequently detected from spp. tetA followed tetB. gene sul1 sul2 sulfonamide Salmonella. The development of effective antibacterial solutions has become paramount in maintaining global health this era increasing bacterial threats and rampant antibiotic resistance. Traditional antibiotics have played a significant role combating infections throughout history. However, the emergence novel resistant strains necessitates constant innovation research. We analyzed data on antibacterials from CAS Content Collection, largest human-curated collection published scientific knowledge, which proven valuable for quantitative analysis knowledge. Our focuses mining Collection recent publications (since 2012). This article aims to explore intricate landscape research while reviewing advancement traditional emerging strategies. By delving into resistance mechanisms, paper highlights need find alternate strategies address growing concern.

ABSTRACT Vibrio parahaemolyticus , a ubiquitous pathogen in marine and estuarine environments, is foodborne microorganism whose infections have become global public health challenge. In recent years, the overuse misuse of antibiotics led to emergence increasing numbers antibiotic‐resistant strains V. worldwide. These harbor resistance genes that mediate various mechanisms, presenting significant challenge antibiotic therapy. Furthermore, horizontal gene transfer (HGT) accelerating impacts climate change facilitated formation spread resistance, contributing proliferation resistant exacerbating threat. This review aims provide comprehensive overview mechanisms effects on its strategies curb transmission strains. Additionally, we conducted statistical analysis data from 6727 isolates obtained 27 countries across Asia, Africa, Americas, Europe, through literature review, better understand distribution trends this pathogen. We hope study will serve as an important reference for controlling addressing critical issue.
