Scrophularia
ningpoensis,
a
perennial
medicinal
plant
from
the
Scrophulariaceae
family,
is
original
species
of
Scrophulariae
Radix
(SR)
in
Chinese
Pharmacopoeia.
This
medicine
usually
deliberately
substituted
or
accidentally
contaminated
with
other
closely
related
including
S.
kakudensis,
buergeriana,
and
yoshimurae.
Given
ambiguous
identification
germplasm
complex
evolutionary
relationships
within
genus,
complete
chloroplast
genomes
four
mentioned
were
sequenced
characterized.
Comparative
genomic
studies
revealed
high

conservation
structure,
gene
arrangement,

species,
