Hydrogen is the new age alternative energy source to combat demand and climate change.Storage of hydrogen vital for a nation's growth.Works literature provide different methods storing produced hydrogen, rational selection viable method crucial promoting sustainability green practices.Typically, storage associated with diverse sustainable circular economy (SCE) criteria.As result, authors consider situation multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problem.Studies infer that previous models (HSM) (i) do not preferences in natural language form; (ii) weights experts are methodically determined; (iii) hesitation during criteria weight assessment effectively explored; (iv) three-stage solution suitable HSM unexplored.Driven by these gaps, this paper, put forward integrated framework, which considers double hierarchy linguistic information rating, importance through inter-criteria correlation (CRITIC) expert calculation, evidence-based Bayesian estimation, combined compromise (CoCoSo) ranking HSMs.The applicability developed framework testified using case example India.Sensitivity comparative analysis reveal merits limitations framework.

Quality function deployment (QFD) is a customer-driven product development technique that converts customer requirements (CRs) into design attributes (DAs) of and service. Nevertheless, in real situations, the traditional QFD method has been found possesses some deficiencies, such as accuracy assessment relationships between CRs DAs, inter-relationships among DAs. Strategic management has applications in many areas of social life. One the basic steps process strategic is formulating a strategy by choosing optimal strategy. Improving selecting with MCDM methods and theories that treat uncertainty well this process, as application other different selection criteria, idea goal research. The improvement aforementioned defense system was carried out applying hybrid model multicriteria decision-making based on defining interrelationships between ranked criteria (DIBR) multiattributive ideal-real comparative analysis (MAIRCA) modified triangular fuzzy numbers–“DIBR–DOMBI–Fuzzy MAIRCA model.” DIBR method used to determine weight coefficients while strategy, from set offered methods, method. Cloud computing has emerged as a transformative technology in the healthcare industry, but selecting most suitable CV (“cloud vendor”) remains complex task. This research presents decision framework for selection addressing challenges of uncertainty, expert hesitation, and conflicting criteria. UNSTRUCTURED Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, proliferation of misinformation on social media, termed "infodemic," has complicated global health responses.
