The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) with human (HI) has been asserted to provide transformational power across the humanitarian supply chain (HSC). However, there is little rigorous work that analyses enablers promote AI–HI and application in HSC. Thus, this paper reports a hybrid decision support framework for analysing HSC complicated, uncertain, periodic information. First, collect interdependent preference data from experts, complex spherical fuzzy weighted Heronian mean operator distance measures-based optimization model established generate group matrix. Next, measure influence strength enablers, decision-making trial evaluation method determine enabler weights, taking into account their interactive relationships. Sustainable food supplier selection (SFSS) can be handled as an uncertain decision-making issue. The Pythagorean fuzzy set (PFS), a type of non-standard set, offers expanded description space for articulating and data. Accordingly, this paper proposes synthetic decision method-based framework solving the SFSS problem within subjective context. Decision-makers, researchers, practitioners, and stakeholders often struggle with selecting prioritizing strategies to manage climate change risks. While recent research extensively explores this issue, the emphasis has largely been on regions other than Africa. This is significant, considering Africa’s anticipated exposure various severe impacts of change. study applied a two-stage model that integrates Step-Wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) Weighted Aggregated Sum Product (WASPAS) methods within unique framework under influence spherical fuzzy (SF) conditions. In initial stage, SF-SWARA determines relative importance criteria, while subsequent stage involves SF-WASPAS method rank strategies. most critical challenges are limited access finance inadequacies in data, scenarios, impact models, solution be considered promotion well-coordinated capacity-building programme. With more cars on the road and an increasing travel rate, one of main issues in transportation engineering is how to make roads safe. For purpose, some factors that affect considered, including light condition (LC), weekday (W), horizontal alignment (HA), element (RE), type (TC), vehicle (VT), driver gender (DG), average speed (AS) annual daily (AADT). 202 case studies recorded from urban Calabria southern Italy. When comparing proposed GWO–ANN model ANN model, findings clearly demonstrated superiority model.

Structural health monitoring (SHM) systems are used to analyze the of infrastructures such as bridges, using data from various types sensors. While SHM consist stages, feature extraction and pattern recognition steps most important. In other words, there exists a plethora algorithms, selection appropriate technique/algorithm is guided by limitations each technique/algorithm. This has provided motivation conduct Systematic literature review (SLR) for structural existing reviews describe current trends field with different focus aspects. However, systematic that presents in-depth comparative study applications bridges does not exist. Furthermore, lack analytical studies investigate several design considerations including techniques, approaches (classification/ regression), operational functionality levels (diagnosis/prognosis) system implementation (data-driven/model-based). this paper identifies 45 recent research practices (during 2016–2023), pertaining through SLR process.
