The objective of this study is to analyse the financial inclusion impacts on stability Islamic banks in Pakistan. Purpose Leadership’s dark side has been on the rise, negatively affecting organizations. The phenomenon, however, is not as simple it seems. Based social exchange and conservation of resource theories, current research aims to explore impact psychological entitlement despotic leadership, ultimately leading instigated workplace incivility. Moreover, emotional exhaustion was tested a mediator Islamic work ethics moderator. Design/methodology/approach This study examine effect leadership for this, survey approach used collect data from 402 bankers Pakistan’s twin cities (Islamabad Rawalpindi). Findings results showed that leads despotism leaders become reason Results also mediated, moderated relationship. Practical implications Bankers have demanding job which further exacerbated by feeling psychologically entitled instigating employees toward uncivil behaviors they experience exhaustion.
