Glaucoma is a leading cause of irreversible blindness worldwide. Presently, elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) the only approved modifiable risk factor. A consensus current literature suggests that both physiological and psychological stress may also impact lifelong course glaucoma. Specifically, known to influence sympathetic nervous system activity. An increase in activity elevate person’s blood (BP) IOP, are strongly associated with glaucomatous disease. Soft tissue sarcoma (STS) has an 2–8% incidence for all malignant tumors in the adolescent and young adult (AYA) population, which are patients from ages 15 to 39. As most STS aggressive, they require multimodal management with surgery, radiation chemotherapy. This article discusses survivorship considerations this population of cancer who complete therapy. The lasting side effects include surgical radiation-related morbidity, chemotherapy toxicity, early late secondary on other organ systems, such as cardiac endocrine dysfunction, development cancers. long-term psychologic practical impacts those have received a diagnosis prime their life fertility, mental health, relationship, education career implications. Although there is paucity data some these areas, we present existing guidelines available. serves comprehensive review wide array treatment intended providers participating care AYA survivors, oncologists, primary therapists.

Traditional major cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk factors include dyslipidemia, hypertension, smoking, diabetes, and obesity. Tea is rich in various bioactive substances such as tea polyphenols, theaflavins, polysaccharides. Due to the regulatory effects on multiple pathways its anti-inflammatory antioxidant properties, these active have shown significant efficacy regulating obesity, cardiac autonomic function. Additionally, possesses antithrombotic making it a promising dietary supplement for nutritional interventions primary secondary prevention of CVDs. However, complex composition tea, although certain vivo, does not fully elucidate specific mechanisms action. Moreover, varying application methods across different studies lead differences intervention dose-response relationships, sometimes resulting contradictory findings. This article reviews potential benefits, action, factors, elucidating intervention.

Heart attack is a leading cause of mortality, necessitating timely and precise diagnosis to improve patient outcomes. However, remains challenge due the complex nonlinear relationships between clinical indicators. Machine learning (ML) deep (DL) models have potential predict cardiac conditions by identifying patterns within data, but their “black-box” nature restricts interpretability, making it challenging for healthcare professionals comprehend reasoning behind predictions. This lack interpretability limits trust adoption. The proposed approach addresses this limitation integrating predictive modeling with Explainable AI (XAI) ensure both accuracy transparency in decision-making. study enhances heart prediction using University California, Irvine (UCI) dataset, which includes various analysis parameters collected through electrocardiogram (ECG) sensors, blood pressure monitors, biochemical analyzers. Due class imbalance, Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) was applied enhance representation minority class. After preprocessing, ML algorithms were employed, among Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) achieved highest performance 96.1% accuracy, 95.7% recall, F1-score. To ANN, two XAI techniques, specifically SHapley Additive Explanations (SHAP) Local Interpretable Model-Agnostic (LIME), utilized. incrementally benchmarks SMOTE, techniques such as SHAP LIME on standardized datasets, emphasizing providing reproducible framework practical implementation. These enable practitioners understand model’s decisions, identify key features, judgment. By bridging gap AI-driven medical implementation, work contributes highly accurate interpretable, facilitating its adoption real-world settings.

Area A5 is a noradrenergic cell group in the brain stem characterised by its important role triggering sympathetic activity, exerting profound influence on outflow, which instrumental modulation of cardiovascular functions, stress responses and various other physiological processes that are crucial for adaptation survival mechanisms. Understanding area A5, therefore, not only provides insights into basic functioning nervous system but also sheds light neuronal basis number autonomic responses. In this review, we look deeper specifics exploring anatomical connections, neurochemical properties mechanisms it influences activity cardiorespiratory regulation and, thus, contributes to overall dynamics function regulating body homeostasis.
