Abstract Depolymerization and recycling of polyesters have shown great significance to economy, ecology, carbon neutrality human health. Efficient catalysts for thermolysis depolymerization long been pursued achieve rapid depolymerization, high selectivity, low energy consumption. In this study, it is found that liquid metal (LM) can serve as the efficient self‐heater, mechanic disturber catalyst under alternating electromagnetic fields. When dissolving different metals (e.g., Sn, Zn, Al, Mg) into gallium, LMs may provide dynamic interactions between reactants, spontaneous enriching, oxidation within LM surface layer. Without any conventional heaters shakers, polycaprolactone catalytically depolymerized ɛ‐caprolactone at rate ≈700 mg h −1 mL with selectivity 95.5%. The tension mobility also enable continuous an appropriate feeding speed (including polyethylene terephthalate, polyhydroxybutyrate polylactic acid). Thus, study offer unprecedented “all‐in‐one” platform polyesters, while without requirement external heater, mixer, catalysts.

This study focuses on the application of vibrational spectroscopy—Raman and FT-IR—for detecting microplastics (MPs) in various water bodies, including oceans, lakes, drinking water. Highlighting recent studies, this aims evaluate effectiveness these techniques identifying MPs diverse aquatic systems, offers insight into challenges future perspectives for advancing microplastic research environments.
