Foodborne
pathogens
have
always
been
of
public
health
concern
and
represent
safety
issues
for
food
processors.
These
develop
new
ways
to
overcome
antibiotics,
survive
in
different
environmental
conditions,
the
ability
reproduce
many
hostile
environments
configure
them
as
serious
hazards.
Considering
huge
number
microorganisms,
three
bacterial
representatives
were
selected
provide
a
better
knowledge
about
question
which
one
is
worst
enemy
humans,
from
industry
point
view,
taking
into
consideration
their
multiplication
specificity,
virulence,
resistance.
