This study contributes to the limited literature on personal branding of knowledge workers by revealing that a culture incorporates knowledge, learning, and collaboration supports (explicit tacit) sharing among employees matters for workers' self-perceived brand equity. Analysis 2,168 cases from United States Poland using structural equation modeling (SEM) showed this knowledge-sharing mechanism differs country gender. Findings revealed in States, are highly correlated dominate learning culture. In both countries, mistake acceptance component is not supported as strongly climate component. These findings reveal bias concerning mistakes potential source observed if dominates. Moreover, uncovers some significant gender differences might be caused stereotypes existing STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics). Finally, confirms potent motive smoothen increase flow knowledge-driven organizations.

In this study, we draw on social identity and exchange theory to propose pathways via which emotional intelligence directed toward others in the organization has an impact employee effectiveness. Findings from 122 supervisor-employee dyads showed that employees' other-oriented is related their organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs) mechanisms of building high-quality exchanges with one's leaders coworkers. Employee bootleg innovation behavior is the key to helping enterprises get rid of "innovator's dilemma" and achieve innovative development. This article constructed a model relationship between error management climate, psychological security, risk-taking traits, employees' behaviors based on social cognitive theory tested empirically. The results show that climate has significant positive influence behavior; security plays mediating role traits play moderating in behavior. study provide valuable insights for guiding help organizations effectively managing these behaviors, thus enhancing organizational performance.

This study examines the influence of various leadership styles on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) within Bangkok's rapidly growing construction industry. Purpose This study aims to explore the cross-level effect of top management team (TMT) on group ambidextrous innovation and analyze mediating role behavioral integration moderating expertise heterogeneity. Design/methodology/approach We conducted a multi-source multi-stage survey. collected valid data from 43 companies in China, resulting 141 samples TMTs 462 responses 111 organizational groups.
