Abstract
Alzheimer’s
disease
(AD)
is
a
growing
global
health
crisis,
affecting
millions
and
incurring
substantial
economic
costs.
However,
clinical
diagnosis
remains
challenging,
with
misdiagnoses
underdiagnoses
prevalent.
There
an
increased
focus
on
putative,
blood-based
biomarkers
that
may
be
useful
for
the
diagnosis,
as
well
early
detection,
of
AD.
In
present
study,
we
used
unbiased
combination
machine
learning
functional
network
analyses
to
identify
blood
gene
biomarker
candidates
in

supervised
learning,

determine
whether

were
indeed
unique
AD
or
they
indicative

neurodegenerative
diseases

The
blood-brain
barrier
(BBB)
is
a
fundamental
structure

protects
the

Abstract
Tumor-associated
macrophages
(TAMs),
one
of
the
most
abundant
immune
cell
types
in
tumor
microenvironment
(TME),

Extracellular
vesicles
(EV)
