Abstract Background : Loneliness in adolescence is a serious threat to quality of life, and it important identify possible predictors. The purpose this study was examine the association between loneliness close relationships with parents friends community sample adolescents, whether varied by sex, age group, socioeconomic status. Methods used data from Danish arm international Health Behaviour School-aged Children (HBSC) 2010, 2014 2018 that included nationally representative samples students groups, 11-, 13- 15-year-olds (n=10,425). measured one item HBSC Ease Communication Measure. The present study explores the concurrent contribution to sleep problems of individual-related, family-related, and school-related factors in adolescence. Gathering from Italian 2018 Health Behavior School-Aged Children (HBSC) data collection, we used hierarchical logistic regression on a sample 3397 adolescents (51% females, Mage = 13.99, SD 1.62) explore individual (Model 1: alcohol use, smoking, screen time, physical activity), familial 2: parental communication, support), 3: peer support, schoolmates/students teacher support school pressure) variables. 28.3 percent reported having difficulties. Zusammenfassung Hintergrund Einsamkeit ist sowohl im öffentlichen als auch wissenschaftlichen Diskurs ein zunehmend präsentes Thema. Es liegen inzwischen zahlreiche Forschungsergebnisse zur Verbreitung und zu den gesundheitsbezogenen Zusammenhängen von bei Erwachsenen vor. Vor diesem stellt dieser Beitrag Befunde 11- bis 15-jährigen deutschen Schüler*innen vor untersucht Zusammenhänge mit soziodemographischen Merkmalen. Methoden Die Studie „Health Behaviour in School-aged Children“ (HBSC) eine globale Forschungskooperation unter Schirmherrschaft der Weltgesundheitsorganisation (WHO). In Brandenburg erfasste die Daten 3819 Kindern Jugendlichen an allgemeinbildenden Schulen Klassenstufen 5, 7 9 ( M Alter = 13,5, SD 1,6). wurde anhand University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Loneliness Scale eines Einzelitems erhoben. Ergebnisse 13,2 % Befragten gaben an, sich „meistens“ einsam fühlen, „immer“ fühlten 3,6 %. war stärker ausgeprägt Mädchen, Geschlechtszuschreibung „divers“ sowie älteren Heranwachsenden niedrigerem sozioökonomischen Status. Diskussion weisen darauf hin, dass weit verbreitetes Phänomen ist. Abstract Aim Given the rising trend of physical health problems reported by children and an increasing reliance on analgesic medications, this study aimed to describe prevalence complaints medication use in school-aged aged 10–12 years. Additionally, associations with psychological lifestyle factors were investigated. Subjects methods A total 99,806 from Norway completed Ungdata Junior survey between 2021 2022. This national standardized questionnaire-based contains questions measuring health, use, exercise, bullying, friendship, digital media mental health. Multiple logistic regression analyses conducted investigate associated daily use. The aim was to investigate the cohort trends of experienced social connectedness in secondary school students between 2017 and 2021 whether these vary by gender, level sociodemographic background. We used nationally representative Finnish data 450,864 lower upper education. Social measured number close friends, feelings loneliness sense belonging at school.
