Abstract
Background
Over
the
past
three
decades,
policy
actors
and
actions
have
been
highly
influential
in
supporting
implementation
of
evidence-based
practices
(EBPs)
mental
health
settings.
An
early
examination

resulted

Ecology
Framework
(PEF),
which
was
originally
developed
as
a
tactical
primer
for
state
local
regulators
field
child
health.
However,

has
evolved
significantly
since
original
PEF
published.

understanding
