In recent years, language practitioners have paid increasing attention to artificial intelligence (AI)'s role in programs. This study investigated the impact of AI-assisted assessment on L2 learners' foreign anxiety (FLA), attitudes, motivation, and writing skills. The adopted a sequential exploratory mixed-methods design. Divided between an experimental group (receiving assessment) control paper-format assessment), participants were 70 intermediate English learners from two intact university classes Bangladesh. TOEFL iBT section measured skills, while also perceptions experiences FLA, motivation using narrative frames. Thematic analysis data showed that greatly raised improved attitudes about acquisition, lowered FLA. According quantitative analysis, pretest abilities across groups no appreciable variation. Even though difference was not statistically significant posttest, exceeded group. results this imply assessments can generate helpful learning environment, lower anxiety, improve increase thereby delivering useful information. Future studies should investigate long-term consequences, further improvements AI tools optimize educational advantages—attitudes,

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, its application in teaching English as a foreign language (EFL) is becoming increasingly widespread, profoundly affecting models and learning experiences. This paper reviews AI progress, challenges, future trends EFL instruction. It points out that technology supports effective instruction through personalized teaching, automated assessment feedback, active interactive experiences, data-driven analytics, intelligent agents/virtual assistants, humanoid robots. However, challenges such technological limitations, gaps acceptance capabilities, privacy protection ethical issues, unequal distribution instructional resources have also emerged. These require responses from educational administrative departments, schools, educators. In future, AI+EFL education will likely further promote innovation models, achieve more learner-centered paradigm, exert constructive influence, interdisciplinary integration collaboration, ensure improvement quality equity.

Artificial intelligence (AI) has played a crucial role in many fields of study, and its merits demerits have been investigated by related scholars. However, it seems somewhat gray area when implementing AI teaching learning. This could be mainly because developers know little about learning varied sciences they also lack pedagogical knowledge for (Luckin & Cukurova, 2019). Therefore, the current research aimed at gathering data regarding online behaviors 21 Iranian EFL university students through installing an application on their mobile phones period eight days. Afterwards, collected were analyzed Data Science methods patterns behavior recognized. The results exhibited that messaging social media applications are two great parts students’ life. Also, there existed some common owned amount time spent them. As small case point, study cannot generalized; however, outcomes highlight proof context, serious steps need to adopted course designers stakeholders order cultivate greater purposeful use applications, websites etc. among so as enhance teaching-learning process. gains prominence any AI-mediated approach is believed second/foreign language motivation well self-regulation actually promising revolution realm education.
