Artificial intelligence (AI) has transformed education by enhancing personalization and learning efficiency. However, the application of AI in addressing its challenges potential remains suboptimal. This study aims to provide a bibliometric analysis Education research, focusing on publications from 2017 2023 sourced Scopus-indexed journals. Using R-Studio-assisted bibliometrics, uses descriptive co-authorship explore publication trends, citation patterns, affiliations, institutions, collaboration networks. Analyzing 161 documents, identifies key trends growth areas AI-based learning. The findings this indicate an increase research publications, especially 2022 2023. also show that developed countries such as United States, China, Kingdom dominate education. Their contributions include technology development international collaboration. Then, offers insight into global landscape highlighting require further exploration optimize function role process. In addition, regarding impact cognitive, affective, psychomotor domains need be identified ensure effective integration context educational sustainability.

This investigation utilized a phenomenological approach to investigate the experience of English language educators in employing artificial intelligence (AI) tools into learning. The study used purposive sampling and 20 participants were interviewed. data analysis was guided by Bronfenbrenner’s (1979) ecological systems theory, particularly microsystem, exosystem, macrosystem. findings demonstrated that AI enable interactive, personalized, gamified learning experiences enhance student engagement, motivation, proficiency. also emphasized importance technological content knowledge pedagogical improving instructional methodologies. Challenges, including AI-related distractions reduced direct interaction between students, identified, necessitating balanced integration these despite inherent advantages. Furthermore, research underscored significance institutional support, which encompasses ongoing professional development technical assistance, facilitate successful education.
