The advent of ChatGPT, an advanced AI-driven language model, is revolutionizing learning by offering personalized, interactive content and real-time feedback. This study investigates how university students' personality traits influence their acceptance ChatGPT-assisted learning, utilizing extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Specifically, the research explores impact Big Five traits—Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, Openness—on key TAM constructs such as Perceived Usefulness (PU), Ease Use (PEU), Attitude (AT), Behavioral Intention (BI). Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), findings reveal that Conscientiousness Openness significantly enhance perceptions ChatGPT's usefulness ease use, leading to more positive attitudes stronger intentions incorporate tool into learning. In contrast, Neuroticism negatively affects these perceptions, indicating challenges for students with higher emotional instability. highlights critical role in shaping integration ChatGPT educational contexts.
