ABSTRACT
Job
burnout
is
becoming
a
major
threat
to
teachers'
work.
Previous
studies
revealed
that
professional
identity
and
job
are
negatively
related.
This
study
explored
the
mediating
effects
of
career
satisfaction
work
engagement
in
relationship
between
burnout.
Investigation
materials
included
Chinese
version
Teachers'
Professional
Identity
Scale,
Career
Satisfaction
Utrecht
Work
Engagement
Quality
Life
Scale.
The
cross‐sectional
design
was
conducted
this
with
3147
teachers
from
kindergarten,
primary,
secondary
schools
Zhejiang
Province,
China.

Abstract
Research
has
shown
that
the
rapidly
changing
technological
environment
and
unprecedented
uncertainty
have
posed
a
huge
dilemma
for
educators
across
globe,
affecting
well-being
of
educators.
In
response
to
this
situation,
many
researchers
focused
their
perspectives
on
educator
resilience,
which
been
key
factor
in
helping
break
through
difficult
situations.
However,
despite
fact
literature
emphasised
role
resilience
ed-ucators,
there
is
still
lack
focus
educators'
professional
well-being.
Therefore,
order
reveal
relationship
between
as
well
mechanism
influence,
questionnaire
method
was
used
survey
1,377
early
childhood
teachers,
it
proposed
explore
chain
mediating
self-efficacy
pedagogical
competence
teachers
teachers'

showed

Autonomy
is
a
fundamental
psychosocial
need
of
individuals,
and
its
fulfillment
can
lead
to
positive
teacher
outcomes,
including
increased
motivation,
well-being,
teaching
quality.This
meta-analysis
synthesized
81
studies
exploring

relationships
between
teachers’
job
personal
characteristics,
autonomy
satisfaction,
workplace
