Abstract Research has shown that the rapidly changing technological environment and unprecedented uncertainty have posed a huge dilemma for educators across globe, affecting well-being of educators. In response to this situation, many researchers focused their perspectives on educator resilience, which been key factor in helping break through difficult situations. This study aims to examine the role of social support as a predictor subjective wellbeing in teachers. Participants this were 138 teachers (37 male and 101 female; 31 civil servants 107 private/honorary teachers).
