The adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) based marketing systems by companies is increasing. These can help improve their performance, increase market share, and reduce costs. Few researchers, in this regard, have sought to investigate the causes nonacceptance on AI. This article uses qualitative research method identify effective factors current study practical aim essence, utilizing an exploratory methodology. statistical population includes 238 studies including articles acceptance AI between 2019 2024. data collection tool was selected form a systematic review library literature previous researches, meta‐synthesis Sandelowski Barroso. sampling also entry exit criteria PRISMA (preferred reporting items for reviews meta‐analyses) method. framework evaluating enhancing quality scientific through meta‐synthesis. findings show that four functional expectations, usage organizational factors, user intent significant effect these systems. Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) is witnessing a lot of adoption across industries, but literature yet to fully document the nuances these applications. We develop comprehensive framework for understanding factors that affect trust in online grocery shopping (OGS) using GAI chatbots. Our exploratory study was conducted via interviews, which helped build our model. integrate Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM) and Status Quo Bias (SQB) theory Unified Framework Trust on Technology Platforms. Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in different fields are developing rapidly, among which AI painting technology, as an emerging has received wide attention from users for its creativity and efficiency. This study aimed to investigate the factors that influence user acceptance of use AIBPS by proposing extended model combines Extended Technology Acceptance Model (ETAM) with AI-based Painting System (AIBPS). The rapid development and widespread adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) systems like ChatGPT in the workplace underscores need for a comprehensive understanding their implications on worker productivity, learning, determinants usage. This study elucidates antecedents outcomes using among workers, employing sample size 351 participants across various industries, aged between 20 40. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed analysis, providing robust perspective relationships variables. discovered that perceived self-learning hold significant positive associations with information support knowledge acquisition, both which further influence utilitarian benefits by users, thereby shaping intention to use ChatGPT. Utilitarian were found significantly enhance but did not directly impact its actual ChatGPT, however, positively correlate use. Among demographic factors, gender age identified as influencing use, whereas industry users impact. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, AI educators have become a reality. The advancement and increasing applications technology in higher education not only provide more efficient tools for teachers long-term focused teaching, but also new active independent spaces sustainable self-motivated learning college students. It is great importance that effects educator design are understood to ensure deployment AI-driven courses at universities. This paper investigates influences educators’ autonomy on students’ usage intentions by delving into how satisfies needs. Drawing uses gratification (U&G) framework, we theoretically elaborate (i.e., sensing autonomy, thought action autonomy) use an through mediating U&G benefits information-seeking gratification, social interaction entertainment gratification). By conducting online survey (N = 673) students, found positively associated with intention due gratifications; related intention, mediated gratifications, linked paths gratifications. However, studies on the moderating roles in predicting students' behavioural intention limited. This study employed Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology (UTAUT2) model to examine predictors Higher Education (HE) ChatGPT. a descriptive cross-sectional survey design an adapted instrument collect data from 486 students.
