BACKGROUND:
Biosurfactants
are
surfactants
derived
from
several
types
of
microorganisms
such
as
bacteria,
yeasts
and
fungi
membrane
components
or
secondary
metabolites.
OBJECTIVE:

for

Abstract
The
purification
and
characterization
of
lipopeptide
biosurfactants
produced
by
Bacillus
sp.
MI27
permits
to
identify
two
clusters
cyclic
linear
surfactin
isoforms.
Aiming
for
a
potential
application
in
industrial
biotechnology,
we
studied
its
washing
capacity.

show
good
ability

oil
stains,

Abstract
Microbial
surfactants
are
natural
amphiphilic
compounds
with
high
surface
activities
and
emulsifying
properties.
Due
to
their
structural
diversity,
low
toxicity,
biodegradability,
chemical
stability
in
different
conditions,
these
molecules
potential
substitutes
for
surfactants;
interest
has
grown
significantly
over
the
last
decade.
The
current
study
focuses
on
isolation,
identification,
characterization
of
a
lactic
acid
bacteria
that
produces
two
forms
biosurfactants.

isolated
from
green
olive
fermentation

using
