Transportation is integral to the employment accessibility and sustainability of people with disabilities. This study aims identify barriers, facilitators, solutions commuting for disabilities, drawing from their perspectives as well those employers transportation providers. Through semi-structured individual interviews, insights were gathered sixteen individuals seven employers, two job integration agents, four transporters. Qualitative analysis interview transcripts revealed factors influencing commuting, including personal attributes environmental factors. underscores significant impact factors, particularly role social networks transport infrastructure in either supporting or hindering public use disabilities who commute work. Abstract As a human capital crisis poses urgent challenges across multiple countries, public administration scholars and practitioners are concerned with recruitment selection questions. Literature evolves an increasing pace whereby clarity over the state‐of‐the‐art gaps in research sector is needed to direct future practice. Abstract Objective Issues regarding clinician communication remain an important source of complaints within healthcare. This systematic review aims to determine cancer patients' and their family caregivers' views on which clinicians' behaviors can harm (i.e. eliciting negative feelings/consequences for patients/family caregivers). Methods We searched all types peer‐reviewed studies that determined adult (≥18 years) and/or perspectives in several databases (PubMed, Embase, Web Science, Cochrane Library, Emcare, PsycINFO Academic Search Premier), supplemented by expert‐consultation. Studies were screened using the Artificial intelligence screening tool ASReview data was analyzed Thematic Analysis. To assess quality Qualsyst critical appraisal used. Results A total 47 included. Four main themes harmful identified: (1) Lack tailored information provision (e.g. giving too little or much/specific information) (2) decision making (ranging from; patient exclusion, responsibility, haste) (3) feeling seen heard (seen as a disease, not human being; listened concerns emotions) (4) held remembered (forgotten agreements; lack care continuity). ABSTRACT Background To ensure appropriate care for the individual older adult, an ideal treatment should align with patients' values. Background Scholars have increasingly focused on the role of employers in addressing labour market challenges faced by persons with disability (PWD). While we gained more knowledge about motivations, practices and characteristics for hiring PWD, still lack information whether these are general organizational features or specific to inclusive companies. Objective This study aims examine factors that distinguish from non-inclusive ones, using COM-B framework (capability, opportunity, motivation) Human Resource Management (HRM) practices.
