Context Over the past decade, United States military has taken an interest in addressing soldiers’ spiritual fitness and readiness to help improve their mental health resiliency. Similar efforts have not been applied within Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) population despite challenges these college students experience. Objective To examine readiness, fitness, depressive symptoms ROTC cadets. Design Cross-sectional study. Setting Web-based survey. Patients or Other Participants We recruited cadets from 1 large southeastern university (n = 91 of 315, 28.9% response rate). The (age 21 ± 3 years; men 68, 74.7%; women 22, 24.2%; missing 1, 1.1%) were mainly classified as juniors 30, 33.0%) Army (ROTC branch: 69, Air Force 20, Navy 2). Background: With the advancement of blood purification technology, there is increasing attention to mental health hemodialysis patients, particularly concerning depression. This study aims determine effect psychological interventions on anxiety and depression in patients through a meta-analysis. Methods: A computerized search was conducted identify randomized controlled trial (RCT) studies published PubMed, Embase, Web Science, ScienceDirect, Cochrane Library databases from their inception October 2023, focusing effects improving patients. Data extraction, quality evaluation, cross-checking were performed independently by two researchers. The methodological included assessed according criteria recommended Handbook for Systematic Reviews meta-analysis using RevMan 5.4 software (The Nordic Centre, Copenhagen, Denmark). determined combining sizes I2 statistics. Results: Fifteen included, encompassing total 929 patients: 468 intervention group 461 control group. results indicated that could improve depressive moods [mean difference (MD) = –4.91, 95% confidence intervals (CI) (–6.56, –3.26), p < 0.001] status [MD –5.11, CI (–6.97, –3.25), 0.001]. subgroup analysis based duration (more or less than 8 weeks) revealed experienced significant improvements regardless length. Background: Caregiving for elderly hemodialysis patients is a complex, multifaceted experience that demands considerable emotional and physical resources. The role of caregivers, predominantly female, involves managing the stress turmoil associated with patient's chronic illness, which significantly impacts their well-being. Understanding dynamics caregiving essential developing supportive interventions enhance caregiver patient outcomes. Objective: This study aimed to explore relationship between demographic characteristics, stress, emotion regulation in caregivers patients. It sought identify key factors contribute evaluate how prolonged affects caregivers' ability regulate emotions. Methods: Employing correlational research design, analyzed data from 60 Pearson Product Moment Correlation was used examine relationships among variables, while characteristics were assessed through descriptive statistics. Kingston Caregiver Stress Scale (KCSS) Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) administered levels capabilities, respectively. Results: majority women (62%), significant proportion married (68%) primarily age range 35-50 years. A strong negative correlation found duration KCSS total scores (r = -0.872, p < .001), indicating higher longer durations.
