MiR-21-3p inhibitor exerts myocardial protective effects by altering macrophage polarization state and reducing excessive mitophagy

Chronic
heart
failure
(CHF)
is

microRNA-21-3p
(miR-21-3p)
on
macrophage
polarization
mitophagy

found
miR-21-3p
was
upregulated

negatively
correlated

(CPT1A).
L-palmitoyl
(L-PC)
exacerbated
isoproterenol
(ISO)-induced
myocardial
structural
disruption
fibrosis
rats,
which
by
miR-21-3p.

studies
highlighted
that
mechanisms
play
considerable
roles
ANTs-induced
cardiotoxicity
(AIC).In
addition,
natural
products
targeting
emerged
as
potential
therapeutic
strategies
to
alleviate
AIC.This
review
summarizes
types,
incidence,
prevention,
treatment,
pathomechanism
AIC,
delves
into
molecular
pathogenesis
explores
target
these
so
provide
targets
drugs
address
clinical
challenges
AIC
prevention
where
no
effective
medicines
available.
