In health sciences practice, interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and learning-to-learn are crucial transversal skills. Effective teaching necessitates the understanding of undergraduates' views. This study explored undergraduate experiences in human biology, medicine, nursing degrees learning An exploratory sequential mixed method design with qualitative data collection a subsequent online survey study. Three focus groups were conducted third- fourth-year undergraduates, analyzed thematic analysis. The targeted students from all academic years to address inconclusive details. Analysis entailed descriptive statistics, associations differences responses by using chi-square tests or Fisher's Exact Test. Thirteen undergraduates participated 159 survey. areas emerged: training received its perceived relevance, evaluation, methods. PLS-SEM software was employed evaluate model substantiate research hypotheses. Our findings suggest that connectivity did not detrimentally impact skills. However, negatively influenced intelligence among students, observable both operational level terms fostering capacity regulate one’s own others’ states. Despite this, skills proved significantly enhance intelligence. The same consistent pattern positive significant influence is observed when testing indirect effect through Furthermore, found robust effective could potentially bolster management emotions age, much like well-developed Hence, provides substantial insights into nuanced impacts development students.
