microRNAs (miRNAs) are promising biomarkers for many diseases, including multiple sclerosis (MS). The neurofilament light chain (NfL) is a biomarker that can detect axonal damage in different neurological diseases. objective of this study was to evaluate the association expression profile pre-selected miRNAs and NfL levels with clinical radiological variables MS patients. We conducted 1-year longitudinal prospective patients forms. measured disability using expanded status scale (EDSS), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) volumetry baseline, cognitive functioning processing speed test (PST) at baseline 1 year later. Selected serum (sNfL) were quantified. Seventy-three recruited. MiR-126.3p correlated EDSS miR-126.3p miR-9p deterioration year. Background: Ischemic stroke (IS) is one of the leading causes death and disability worldwide. Subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) is a disease with high mortality and morbidity, its pathophysiology complex but poorly understood. To investigate the potential therapeutic targets post-SAH, SAH-related feature genes were screened by combined analysis of transcriptomics metabolomics rat cortical tissues following SAH proteomics cerebrospinal fluid from patients, as well WGCNA machine learning. The competitive endogenous RNAs (ceRNAs) transcription factors (TFs) regulatory networks constructed further validated molecular biology experiments.
