Sleep disturbances are highly prevalent during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially among older adults. We aimed to evaluate sleep heath pandemic and assess differences geographical regions periods. searched three databases (PubMed, Embase, Web of Science) find articles up March 12, 2023. included observational studies that reported prevalence adults aged 60 years or in any setting. The far-reaching health and social sequelae of the COVID-19 pandemic among older adults have potential to negatively impact both quality life (QoL) well-being, in part because increased risks loneliness isolation. aim this study was examine predictors QoL well-being Canadian within context pandemic, including isolation.This cross-sectional, online survey recruited adult participants through community organizations research participant panels. Measures included the: Older People's Quality Life Scale-B, WHO-5, DeJong Gierveld Loneliness Scale, Lubben Social Network Scale five specific items assessing on Multiple linear regression models were used adjust for confounders.A total 2,207 Canadians (55.7% female, with a mean age 69.4 years) responded survey. Over one-third strongly disagreed that had significant effect either their mental (35.0%) or physical (37.6%). Different patterns apparent well-being. Quality of life (QOL) for older adults in Puerto Rico was significantly impacted during the COVID-19 pandemic, yet there has been little attention to this topic. This study examines association between COVID-19-related attitudes and QOL mediating role psychological sense community (PSOC) context. Data are from a knowledge, attitudes, practices survey with nonprobability sample 213 Rican aged 60+ 2021. We conducted mediated linear regression model using Hayes’s PROCESS macro. Results showed that both PSOC positively related QOL. Additionally, also had positive effect on an indirect, through PSOC. These findings suggest enhancing adults’ strengthening connections should be central public health strategies, especially community-oriented cultures like Rico.
