The research portrayed here is deals with the synthesis of bare Co3O4 material and carbon nanotubes modified g-C3N4- material. Initially, cobalt oxide was synthesized by co-precipitation technique. utilized for preparing CNT-g-C3N4-Co3O4 nanocomposite heat beat method. These both solid materials viz. were designing gas sensor means standard screen printing Both these fabricated analyzed several characterization techniques. From XRD study structural data fetched. analysis cubic lattice confirmed. scanning electron microscopy studied to investigate topographic surface characteristics. While, elemental composition investigated EDS analysis. crystal nature prepared (amorphous or crystalline) known from HR-TEM amorphous confirmed SAED pattern. BET area porosity. magnetic characteristics VSM photo lithographically tested sensing toxic, flammable gases CO, NO2, LPG petrol vapors. In addition that also humidity assay investigation. useful detection thoroughly which includes response a sensor, specific selectivity towards gases, reusability, comparison effect concentration temperature sensors. overall investigation it observed excellent monoxide volatile at moderate optimum thermal conditions.
