Buildings account for a significant portion of global carbon emissions, necessitating strategies to accelerate decarbonisation in the construction sector. This research aims analyse behavioural and interactions among governments, enterprises, financial institutions promoting building emission reduction (CER) through an integrated regulatory market-driven approach. A novel three-party evolutionary game model is developed that incorporates government regulation policies, profit-driven nature investment incentives institutions. Numerical simulations using MATLAB were performed evaluate dynamic replication stabilities stakeholder under different scenarios. Residential project M Beijing was chosen as realistic environment simulation analysis. The results demonstrate stringent can incentivize increase their investments CER initiatives. However, enterprises may still resist efforts if costs outweigh economic benefits. two-pronged approach combining "command-and-control" "market-facilitation" interventions proposed effectively align interests. study provides valuable insights into leveraging both instruments market-based drive transition towards sustainable practises. Policy recommendations are offered create enabling encourages active participation all stakeholders achieving net-zero targets buildings. novelty lies development tripartite framework coherently captures dynamics regulators, industry players, institutions, thus supporting low-carbon policymaking domain.

The irrational disposal of agricultural waste harms the interests main bodies related supply chain while seriously jeopardizing environment. To a certain extent, reverse (RSC) can provide more high-quality resources for production and promote green development production. Therefore, RSC optimization is great significance to sustainable agriculture. We constructed an evolutionary game model recyclers reprocessing enterprises waste. stability mixed strategies was analyzed using Jacobi matrix, paths under varying parameter ranges were simulated MATLAB. simulation results show that in early stage optimization, government subsidies increased are conducive stable reverse-recycling market. When market reaches scale, should gradually reduce subsidies, effectively preventing from being overly reliant on them. This study not only offers decision-making foundation make optimal strategic choices but also serves as reference formulating appropriate policies.

Although construction and demolition waste (CDW) recycling projects have received increasing attention from national regional governments, the mechanisms for evolution of government green development behavior in such are not yet clear. From perspective ecological compensation cross-regional disposal CDW, this study aims to reveal evolutionary mechanism through externality theory. The main findings as follows. First, initial probability adoption does affect final stable state system. Second, there is heterogeneity effects allocation coefficient benefits on different behavior. Finally, can encourage actively adopt This introduces first time an into CDW project management, which only enriches knowledge system management but also provides a reference participate process favor compensation.

The utilization of resources plays a crucial role in mitigating the environmental pollution issue that improper disposal construction and demolition waste (CDW) causes. However, slow growth recycled building materials market limits development CDW resource utilization. Green value co-creation among remanufacturers, enterprises, public projects is an effective way to address issue. This study, based on theory co-creation, uses evolutionary game method construct model for projects. main conclusions are as follows: (1) When degree green 0.1 or 0.5, remanufacturer, enterprise, cannot maintain state co-creation; when 0.9, project finally reach stable co-creation. (2) enhancing willingness remanufacturer can lead other stakeholders participate study contributes promotion stakeholder cooperation projects, thus providing implications resources.
