High-standard farmland construction is an important initiative in China that promotes sustainable agricultural development and ensures food security through land consolidation. This study measures the growth of total factor productivity (ATFP) China, which used to characterize agriculture. Using provincial panel data from a continuous difference-in-difference (DID) model, examines impact high-standard policy on ATFP growth. Results show has increasing trend with average annual rate 3.6%. The enhancement effect 1.0%, remains significant after various robustness tests. positive becomes apparent third year implementation shows gradually trend. also finds more pronounced central regions main grain-producing regions, higher ATFP. enhances by promoting technology change technical efficiency. To promote achieve development, should continue explore suitable models for different regions.

Extreme weather events and extreme poverty are two sides of the same coin, with far-reaching consequences for emerging nations like Pakistan. Rural people more likely to experience inequality as climate change worsens. This research aspires close gap between environmental ethics justice by investigating how issues contribute in The study used Robust Least Squares (RLS) regression analyze impact water scarcity, temperatures, excessive rainfall on rural Pakistan from 1990Q1 2022Q4. Further, examines effect interventions, access healthcare education, agricultural value-added mechanization country's poverty. Results reveal that contributes Pakistan, while initiatives, access, automation alleviate incidence. Impulse Response Function (IRF) estimates suggested will be exacerbated over next decade high low value added but alleviated rainfall, intervention, mechanization. According Variance Decomposition Analysis (VDA) projections, substantially 2032, increasing it 11.431%. Addressing these problems requires policymakers prioritize interests most marginalized groups fostering fair results. Policies should cut GHG emissions encourage sustainable development combat change. Modernizing farming techniques expanding also necessary efficiency production. It is essential execute interventions so all communities have resources protections equitably. Promoting equitable outcomes reducing Pakistan's context may achieved closing justice.

Although the literature demonstrates that rural industrial integration can enhance farmers' income, foster development, its impact on agricultural total factor productivity (ATFP), a critical aspect of sustainable food systems remains unclear. Using provincial-level data from 2008 to 2018, this paper constructs composite index and examines effect, heterogeneity, spatial spillover ATFP growth in China. The findings indicate levels industry experienced gradual increase 2018. Rural promotes through technical progress improved efficiency. An analysis regional heterogeneity reveals has most significant promotion western region, followed by central with least eastern region Unconditional quantile regression suggests more considerable regions higher ATFP. Furthermore, Durbin model results demonstrate directly supports development while simultaneously inhibiting surrounding areas. Finally, also reveal enhancing have positive impacts production These offer valuable insights for other developing countries aiming promote consumption production.

The issue of climate and environment has been paid more attention by countries all over the world, especially regarding carbon emissions. Many national policies scholars’ research contents have focused on this issue, which become a hot topic in today’s society. As world’s largest emitter, it is vital for China to achieve green development, upgrade its industrial structure explore relationship between upgrading To decoupling interactive effects emissions, paper divides into two aspects: rationalization structure. Indicators related emissions are selected model constructed using panel data from 30 regions 1997 2019. core density function used analyze distribution characteristics, then Gini coefficient decomposition method index, revealing regional differences sources index. Finally, spatial factors included regression verify synergy effect overall local Moran indexes reveal internal agglomeration characteristics and, based results, policy recommendations put forward promote sustainable stable development China. Research on groundwater and water resources is essential for preserving viable environments. Although the arid area has been identified as a significant hotspot depletion, Indian desert region was not included in initial analysis. This study intends to evaluate Rajasthan's level (GWL) rainfall trends from 2000 2021 how variations GWLs are related long-term rainfall. Annual GWL data time series were collected 921 monitoring stations 33 districts of Rajasthan. The using non-parametric modified Mann-Kendall test Spearman rho techniques. Pearson's, Kendall's (tau b), Spearman's analyses used determine correlation between results methods reveal that declining trend 38 % districts, where 13 have no trend, rest 49 rising trend. yearly at 70 30 stable, respectively. A negative depth discovered each district, 15 firm, 58 moderate, 27 weak correlations. Also, regression analysis estimates effect GWL, which observed: negatively influenced had positive impact %, others effect. GRACE TWS anomaly shows decreasing -1.22 cm/yr, anomalies relationship (r = 0.471). Results conclude primary influencer this semi-arid vulnerable drought.

Abstract Groundwater is a precious resource for irrigating the crops in developing countries. This research was governed Faisalabad District of Pakistan to assess groundwater strata using GIS cum geoelectric resistivity method approach. The IX1D computer model calibrated with root mean square error (up-to 5%), obtain true soil layers’ resistivities and thicknesses each VES point based on apparent data collected by ABEM SAS 4000 Terrameter most common Schlumberger electrode array setting. Knowledge geo-hydraulic parameters (hydraulic conductivity, transmissivity, porosity) aids identifying quality potential repositories, estimated modeling results (soil layers thicknesses). Most interpolation (inverse distance weighted) ArcGIS Pro used mapping aquifer resistivities/thicknesses parameters. Transmissivity, Porosity, hydraulic conductivity values ranged from 365.46 1888.503 m 2 /day, 31.84 39.72% 4.05 15.27 m/day all surveys, respectively. Based these results, 30 103.5 m, were distinguished as comprised saline low marginal (fine sand clay formation), fresh gravel formation) (coarse formation). Graphical

Climate change from anthropogenic activities had resulted in devastating disruptions Kazakhstan. This includes drought 2023 and flooding 2024, with widespread water pollution. The field surveys water-soil sampling were carried out 2013 to study West Kazakhstan's (WK) groundwater soil. From this, preliminary classifications made. was categorized into three groups: (1) potable household, (2) technical irrigation, (3) unsuitable for use. WK is under intensive oil gas exploration processing activities, thus, the region faces contamination risks. As a result, proper, permanent quality monitoring needed. Along these efforts, soil samples collected analyzed. included measuring different anions cations concentration, hydrogen ions pH total dissolved salts (TDS), hardness С, sodium adsorption ratio (SAR), content (SC). Piper Durov Diagrams illustrate quality. groups by outputs; group of North-East smallest salinity level, suitable household use; South-East, as water, which requires purifications needs; North-West, irrigation high salt content, substantial purification or Among chemistry levels, most common are chloride-sulfate, soda-sulfate, sulfate-soda anions; next sodium-calcium cations. Soda-saline lands identified some areas region. upgrading melioration sufficient improvement will require efforts. petroleum products significantly exceeds maximum permissible concentration. A further, more detailed investigation required especially following recent events.
