Adolescence and pregnancy involve elevated levels of hormones (e.g., estrogen, androgen) during which exposure to endocrine disruptors could have long-term developmental reproductive toxicity (DART) effects. Therefore, the use prevalence abuse liability electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS) among adolescents youth, pregnancy, raises concerns about possible disruptors. In addition, adverse effects on wildlife environmental health. While many studies focus carcinogenicity mutagenicity tobacco products, research efforts screening chemicals in products for disruption potential are few. this study, we curated 5179 smoke, 2803 flavor chemicals, 156 e-liquid from literature or openly available databases. We screened bioactivity using new approach methodologies (NAMs) developed through US Environmental Protection Agency's Endocrine Disruptor Screening Program. The specific NAMs, estrogenic androgenic pathway models, identified 137 34 three (Veratraldehyde, (2E)-3-Phenylprop-2-enal, 2'-Acetonaphthone) as "active," indicating bioactivity. Further, with potential, 48 were environmentally persistent, 29 bioaccumulative, 19 both persistent bioaccumulative. Parabens and alkylphenols pose serious hazards to human health, yet there are few studies on their exposure profiles health risks in rural Chinese populations. In this study, 804 participants were selected from the Henan Rural Cohort mid-eastern China. The plasma levels of parabens (methylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben, butylparaben (BuP)) (4-tert-butylphenol (4-t-BP), 4-tert-octylphenol (4-t-OP)) analyzed via liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Linear regression models used investigate factors that may influence pollutant levels. correlation between contaminants was assessed using Spearman's correlation. contaminant intake estimated daily (EDI). risk hazard quotient (HQ). detection frequency four two exceeded 75%, with median concentrations 0.444, 0.067, 0.078, 0.053, 8.810, 6.401 ng/mL, respectively. Significant correlations observed parabens, as well 4-t-BP 4-t-OP. Regarding gender, paraben higher women than men, except for BuP.
