The study aims to examine the advantages of utilizing big data analytics (BDA) on circular economy (CE) dual systems, which are closed-loop supply chain (CLSC) and reverse omnichannel (ROC), aiming enhance sustainable firm performance (SFP) small medium based enterprises (SMEs). product return knowledge (PRK) can reinforce proposed network relationships facilitate approach active returns in CE. Using structural equation model (SEM) AMOS v24, researchers examined hypotheses using from a simple random sample 232 SMEs Pakistan. Though ROC solutions provide rare performance-related benefits, however, BDA makes CE system more efficient. CLSC gets strengthened when PRK is developed. improved facilitates enhances its performance. This adopts novel studying by considering forms ROC. research investigates whether processes improving operations achieving service capabilities Finally, framework first investigate benefits evolving PRK, capability sense, seize, reconfigure process findings suggest that firms must decide carefully between Choosing requires higher operational capabilities, whereas deciding capabilities.
