Background This study investigated the influence of various factors on Faculty Attitude, Engagement, and Work Performance in higher education. The specifically examined impact faculty attitudes towards digital technology their level involvement effectiveness classroom. Methods utilized a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative qualitative methodologies to collect thorough data explore influencing attitude. Introduction Online self-regulated learning (OSRL) is crucial for online learners’ success and lifelong learning. This study investigated the OSRL characteristics of K-12 teachers in China, who embody dual roles learners educators. It also analyzed differences abilities across different genders, education stages, school locations, examined correlation between qualifications, years service, abilities. Methods A self-report measure was used to assess teachers’ OSRL, with data collected from 1,443 (394 males 1,049 females) northeastern China. Descriptive statistical analysis utilized explore their OSRL. Independent t -tests ANOVA were employed investigate among regions, educational stages. Correlation conducted examine relationships teachers. Results The revealed that scored lowest Learning Self-Efficacy (OLSE), followed by Management Strategies (OLMS), then Resource (OLRM). Based on the mixed model unified technology acceptance and utilization theory (UTAUT) spinner innovation (SPINNER), a theoretical is suggested to explain determinant of behavioral intention predict in context financial sector firm.
