Supramolecular
polymers
have
attracted
considerable
interest
due
to
their
intriguing
features
and
functions.
The
dynamic
reversibility
of
noncovalent
interactions
endows
supramolecular
with
tunable
physicochemical
properties,
self-healing,
externally
stimulated
responses.
Among
them,
pillararene-based
show
great
potential
for
biomedical
applications
fascinating
host–guest
easy
modification.
Herein,
we
summarize
the
state
art
cancer
therapy
illustrate
its
developmental
trend
future
perspective.

separation
of
azeotropic
mixtures
is
a
key
process
to
achieve
the
production
high-purity
chemicals
and
recovery
high
value-added
products,
which
common
but
difficult
in
various
industrial
fields.

strategies
suffer
from
some

we
report
an
energy-efficient
environmentally
friendly
adsorptive
method
separate
toluene
alcohol
azeotropes
using
nonporous
adaptive
crystals
perethylated
pillar[5]arene
(EtP5α)
pillar[6]arene
(EtP6β).
EtP5α
or
EtP6β
separates
mixture
with
analytical
purity
100%.
Single
crystal
structures
theoretical
calculations
reveal
that
analytically
perfect
selectivity
originates
thermodynamic
stability
new
host-guest
structure
upon
capturing
preferred
guest
molecule.

Cancer
drug
resistance
has
become
one
of
the
main
challenges
for
failure
chemotherapy,
greatly
limiting
selection

anticancer
drugs

a

solution
to

Abstract
Background
Inhibitor
of
apoptosis‐stimulating
protein
p53
(iASPP)
is
an
evolutionarily
conserved
inhibitor.
Mechanistically,
iASPP
can
accelerate
tumorigenesis
by
inhibiting
the
transactivation
function
p53.
Targeting
