Uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (EC) is one of the most common malignancies in female reproductive system, characterized by tumor heterogeneity at both radiological and pathological scales. Both radiomics pathomics have potential to assess this support EC diagnosis. This study examines correlation between features from Apparent Diffusion Coefficient (ADC) maps post-contrast T1 (T1C) images with pathomic pathology 32 patients CPTAC-UCEC database. 91 were extracted ADC T1C images, 566 cell detections density four different resolutions. Spearman's Bayes Factor analysis used evaluate radio-pathomic correlations. Significant cross-scale correlations found, strengths ranging 0.57 0.89 absolute value (9.47 × 104 < BF 4.77 1014) for task, 0.64 0.70 (1.80 5.69 105) task. Most significant high associations observed textural maps. Correlations involving morphometric first-order also observed, reflecting variations aggressiveness tissue composition. These findings suggest that correlating radiomic histopathological can enhance understanding intratumoral heterogeneity.

Endometrial cancer (EC) is the major female malignant tumor in developed countries. MRI frequently applied gynecologic malignancies. We probed diagnostic value of for pelvic lymph node extracapsular invasion (PLNEI) early-stage EC patients.
