ABSTRACT The present study critically examines the promise of transformational leadership as a cure for followers' burnout. Globally, hospitals are confronted with major challenges of turnover nurses. Knowledge the factors that account for nurses will aid in creating strategies enhance nurse managers' leadership behaviour and job satisfaction to reduce turnover. This research examines the interaction between emotional intelligence rooted in resonant leadership and psychological empowerment shaping learning organizations within South Indian higher educational institutions. To investigate this relationship, data from 280 faculty members was collected analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results demonstrate a significant positive connection leadership, which contributes to development of organizations. Resonant accounts for 43.1% variance and, together with empowerment, explains 60.7% organization education settings.
