Abstract This study aims to identify the impact of strategic leadership (SL) in enhancing performance (SP) using balanced scorecard (BSC) approach Jordanian higher education institutions. In addition identifying what change management (CM) can provide explaining role SL SP. The population consisted all official universities Jordan, which numbered (11) universities. followed a comprehensive survey method, where questionnaires were distributed sampling unit deans colleges sample size was 350 respondents. recovered (238) questionnaires. results analyzing data indicated that there an effect for dimensions on also found affect SP Finally, analysis CM variable plays mediating Based results, recommends need pay attention strengthening aspects among current and future leaders raising them levels.

Purpose The purpose of this research is to examine how the implementation a balanced scorecard (BSC) affects business outcomes in both information technology (IT) and non-IT sectors. Design/methodology/approach Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used test hypothesis. A random sample collect 170 responses from IT companies 166 by using questionnaire method. distributed top- middle-level managers Bangalore city, we SmartPLS software explore relationship between our constructs. Findings results study indicate that BSC has significant positive impact on organizational performance main distinction all perspectives [learning growth perspective, internal process (IBP) customer perspective (CP) financial (FP)] have significant, direct indirect companies. Abstract This study examines the key factors influencing sustainable performance in commercial banks, focusing on impact of non‐financial metrics—customer focus, internal processes, and learning growth—within Balanced Scorecard framework banks Ethiopia. The adopts an explanatory research design, utilizing covariance‐based structural equation modeling interaction‐term analysis. A multi‐stage sampling technique, followed by systematic random sampling, was employed, with Soper's formula used to determine a sample size 480 from total population 4990. Purpose This study develops and validates a comprehensive framework integrating the balanced scorecard (BSC) fuzzy logic to evaluate supplier satisfaction in Indian power sector. Design/methodology/approach A mixed-methods approach, including literature review, expert consultations survey of 300 suppliers, was employed.
