Abstract This study aims to identify the impact of strategic leadership (SL) in enhancing performance (SP) using balanced scorecard (BSC) approach Jordanian higher education institutions. In addition identifying what change management (CM) can provide explaining role SL SP. Purpose The purpose of this research is to examine how the implementation a balanced scorecard (BSC) affects business outcomes in both information technology (IT) and non-IT sectors. Design/methodology/approach Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used test hypothesis. Abstract This study examines the key factors influencing sustainable performance in commercial banks, focusing on impact of non‐financial metrics—customer focus, internal processes, and learning growth—within Balanced Scorecard framework banks Ethiopia. Purpose This study develops and validates a comprehensive framework integrating the balanced scorecard (BSC) fuzzy logic to evaluate supplier satisfaction in Indian power sector. Design/methodology/approach A mixed-methods approach, including literature review, expert consultations survey of 300 suppliers, was employed.
