Global labor market shifts have spurred the need for innovations and adaptations in workplace norms. This evolution demands a workforce with technical soft skills to meet sustainability industry advancements. The paper aims elucidate complex challenges related ambition develop socially sustainable, competitive, green subjected an accelerating pace of change. It outlines findings Delphi study conducted Sweden, which integrated workshops, interviews, surveys experts from various sectors identify 14 key challenges. In a highly volatile environment, strengthening resilience is essential for businesses to promote sustainable development, and environmental information disclosure (EID), as crucial approach companies actively practice the concept of green has far-reaching impacts on enhancement corporate (CR). To explore ways efficiently enhance sustainability enterprises, this research, based asymmetry theory, investigates how EID affects CR, using data from China’s A-share-listed between 2011 2022. The study indicates that effect CR was significantly positive at 1% level. Mediation analysis suggests facilitated by heightened investor attention enhanced innovation. Additionally, impact more pronounced firms in high uncertainty environments, levels legalization, digital transformation, non-state-owned firms, small-scale growth or decline. Based this, great significance policymakers, business managers, investors should take into account their own development situation actual make scientific decisions according local conditions.

The main aim of this article is to explore how employees are aware and perceive companies' commitment environmental social issues through the concepts Creating Shared Value (CSV) Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG). authors begin with a critical review theoretical background Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Then, they highlight compare shift towards more profit-oriented CSV ESG concepts. ABSTRACT This study investigates the interplay between Customer Centricity (CC), Corporate Purpose (CP), quantified by Strength Index (PSI), and Sustainability (CS), as evidenced Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (OCB). Survey data from 2607 employees across diverse sectors were used to assess how CC enhances CS moderating role of PSI on relationship different dimensions OCB. Findings reveal a direct, positive correlation CS, significantly boosting extra‐role, social, environmental behaviors. Moreover, while promotes social engagement, its influence extra‐role behaviors appears minimal. research provides new insights into marketing strategies in promoting offers framework that merges customer‐centric purpose‐driven approaches sustainability.
