Curriculum materials are not a fixed object; they an active partner in teacher’s practice. Teachers and curriculum interact participatory relationship where both the characteristics of teacher material affect instruction. interpret tailor these to create particular instructional strategies, therefore, teachers can be considered as lesson designers. The study presented this paper uses longitudinal case design investigate between mathematics over period nine years. Using lens curricular noticing, examined what attends to, interprets responds while planning lesson. Data collection occurred at four distinct time points, encompassing observations during interviews after planning, well plans for same topic each point. obtained data provided comprehensive insights into how noticing changed it affected findings show that attended national textbook all indicating stability resources; however, interpretation elements response significantly. practice became more student-centered inquiry-oriented. implications also discussed.

This paper presents a new and innovative examination method designed to foster creativity, problem-solving, collaboration in mathematics education. Traditional assessment practices often focus on rote memorization fail engage students the exploration of mathematical concepts connect content real-world problems. In contrast, proposed approach requires invent solve their own tasks based personal interests experiences. By actively engaging with relationships, deepen understanding while developing essential skills such as communication, self-assessment, peer feedback. Anonymized correction is also introduced means minimizing bias promoting objectivity wider understanding. The study investigates student perceptions experiences regarding its effects creativity problem-solving skills. findings suggest that way examining may not only enhance students’ abilities but collaborative learning environment encourages communication support. concludes adoption this has potential transform traditional promote more engaged, creative, for wide range subjects.

Abstract Learners of mathematics who are linguistically disadvantaged for a variety reasons, including impoverished socioeconomic status, continue to be educationally and at considerable risk school failure early dropout. This is the case in many parts world. While much has been researched on learners fields sociology general pedagogy, little known about classroom teaching mathematical content language-responsive ways all school. Experienced teachers draw wealth knowledge developed through their practices working with classrooms. In this paper we report interviews some these experienced from seven educational contexts focusing probability ways. We focus what can learn that could inform our practice as teacher educators research. identify three challenges add nuance depth theoretical research findings recommendations language teaching, which potentially develop more practical accurate

In this paper, we revisit using, as specific lens, carried out on educational use digital tools and resources for teaching learning We first briefly introduce three main theories at base it: theory didactical situations, conceptual fields, anthropological didactic. Then, considering different technological lenses, i.e., dynamic geometry environments, computer algebra systems, resources, show how these connection established with fields cognitive ergonomics sciences have influenced its outcomes. also that, conversely, didactic has led to original influential theoretical constructions, such instrumental approach documentational didactics, that it contributed substantial way opening other cultures communities, beyond one.
