Abstract
Learners
of
mathematics
who
are
linguistically
disadvantaged
for
a
variety
reasons,
including
impoverished
socioeconomic
status,
continue
to
be
educationally
and
at
considerable
risk
school
failure
early
dropout.
This
is
the
case
in
many
parts
world.
While
much
has
been
researched
on
learners
fields
sociology
general
pedagogy,
little
known
about
classroom
teaching
mathematical
content
language-responsive
ways
all
school.
Experienced
teachers
draw
wealth
knowledge
developed
through
their
practices
working
with
classrooms.
In
this
paper
we
report
interviews
some
these
experienced
from
seven
educational
contexts
focusing
probability
ways.

inform

as

educators

There
is,
in
France,
a
long-term
tradition
of
research

didactics
mathematics.
In
this
paper,
we
revisit
using,
as
specific
lens,
carried
out
on
educational
use
digital
tools
and
resources
for
teaching
learning

first
briefly
introduce
three
main
theories
at

considering
different
technological
lenses,
i.e.,

computer

systems,
resources,

its
outcomes.
