During the COVID-19 pandemic, an increase in incidence of psychiatric disorders general population and severity symptoms patients have been reported. The COVID-19 pandemic and its associated restrictions may contribute to a deterioration in mental health; individuals with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) be particularly affected. Abstract Coronavirus disease‐19 (COVID‐19) has led to the demise of millions people worldwide; additionally, it resulted in a significant economic and mental health burden. The Anxiety Syndrome Scale (C‐19ASS) is promising measure that assesses coping strategies (e.g., avoidance, checking, worrying threat monitoring), termed ‘COVID‐19 Syndrome’, response broadly welcomed, leading its use Brazil (Portuguese), China, Greece, Indonesia, Philippines, Iran (Farsi), Italy, Saudi Arabia (Arabic), Turkey, United Kingdom States. To gain better understanding relevance Syndrome, we conducted systematic review meta‐analysis explore psychological correlates psychometric properties C‐19ASS. Through analysis total 17,789 individuals (age range 19–70; female = 33%–85%), C‐19ASS demonstrated consistent factor structure, measurement invariance across gender acceptable reliabilities.
