Recent
studies
show
that
neuropsychiatric
disorders
are
the
most
frequent
sequelae
of
COVID-19
in
children.Our
work
aimed
to
evaluate
impact
SARS-CoV-2
infection
on
behavior
and
sleep
children
adolescents.We
enrolled
107
patients
aged
1.5-18
years
who
contracted
between
one
year
month
prior
data
collection,

(COVID-19)
pandemic
represented

significant
global
event
that
disrupted

social
lives
adolescents.

(MDD)

The
COVID-19
pandemic
is
having
a
major
impact
on
the
mental
health
of
adolescents,
leading
to
suicidal
behaviors.
However,
it
remains
be
clarified
whether
has
changed
psychiatric
profile
adolescent
suicide
attempters.
Methods:
retrospective
observational
analytical
study
was
conducted
assess
age,
gender
and
clinical
characteristics
adolescents
attempting
during
year
before
after
global
lockdown.
Results:
ninety
(12–17
y.o.)
were
recruited
consecutively
from
February
2019
March
2021
at
emergency
ward
for
attempted
suicide.
Fifty-two
(57.8%)
attended
lockdown
(pre-pandemic
group)

diagnostic

periods

Lockdowns
