Results from partial least square structural equation modelling indicated that colleagues, students CE were related to OCB, while principals parents was not. colleagues positively but not students. Most importantly, only mediates teacher OCB These findings are consistent with social exchange theory by which work behaviours may be contingent perceived worth self organisation.
