This
chapter
examines
the
relationship
between
Ethical
Work
Climate
(EWC)
and
employee
wellbeing
(EW),
highlighting
their
importance
in
fostering
organisational
integrity
success.
Using
theoretical
empirical
perspectives,
it
explores
how
factors
shaping
an
ethical
climate
impact
employees'
psychological,
emotional,
physical
well-being.
A
strong
EWC
is
shown
to
reduce
stress,
boost
job
satisfaction,
promote
resilience,
enhancing
workforce
engagement
productivity.
The
