This study examined the relationship between Machiavellianism and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The research adopted philosophy of positivism, deductive approach, method quantitative analysis as methodology. Based on established measurement scales, a questionnaire-based approach was used to collect data from quota sample 379 employees Mansoura University. proposed model hypotheses were analyzed using structural equation modelling employing PLS-SEM. results indicated that is negatively related Behavior also showed dimensions (Obedience, Loyalty, Participation). Theoretical practical implications well limitations venues for future are presented.

Aim of the study is to examine impact employee empowerment and ICT support on employees' work life quality with mediating effect hospitality firms' trust climate. Operational employees (n = 123) three star hotels Bangladesh participated in study. A partial least squares structural equation model (PLSSEM) was utilized order test a hypothesized model. Data were validated by measurement hypotheses tested using SmartPLS 3.0 software. Results indicate that climate partially mediates relationship between life, life. The study aimed to investigate the impact of hotels' organizational justice (OJ) on quality employees' work life (QWL), with mediation effect teams' climate trust (CT). Social Exchange Theory was employed support research framework. Data were collected using 281 questionnaires from operational employees 3-star hotels in Bangladesh and assessed by SPSS version 21 SmartPLS 3.0 software. validated a measurement model hypotheses tested structural PLS-SEM approach. discovered significant effects hotels’ (β=0.271) team’s (β=0.362) employees’ (R2=27.7%). It also reveals hotel's OJ (β=0.369) teams’ CT (R2=13.6%), partial team's (β=0.134) relationship between QWL. Despite universal agreement on the consequences of organizational trust climate, little attention has been given to studying its determinants. This study aimed investigate role managers’ transformational leadership behavior in developing climate hotel industry. Environmentally responsible practices (ERPs) in accommodation establishments are identified as the implementation and or execution of certain principles such a way that it lowers production waste, preserve energy, encourages environmental health. The main purpose this study is to identify whether not environmentally matters. A descriptive survey design was used. utilised quantitative research approach with questionnaires data collection instrument. were analysed using Statistic Package for Social Science (SPSS), software version 23, enable generation bivariate statistics interpretation results. following themes emerged from study; namely, guests’ preferences ERPs, influence return patronage effect knowledge have on ERPs.
