General societal developments show that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought about lasting changes in attitudes towards education and lifestyle, among others. The presented study aims to verify, using a quantitative questionnaire survey method on sample of 500 respondents each, whether there have been preferences potential students at selected university Czech Republic between pre-Covid (2017) post-Covid (2022) years. Current studies post-COVID decision-making process is, other things, generally more affected by relationships with family friends. Also, paper's goal is verify this fact also applies area applicants it differentiated gender. Purpose This study aims to understand the reasons for individuals switching from traditional banks Internet-only and examine how intentions differ between Generation X Z. Notably, Z, being digital natives, exhibits distinct characteristics compared X, who often referred as immigrants. Given technology-driven nature of banks, a multi-group analysis these two generations was conducted. Design/methodology/approach utilizes Bansal’s push–pull–mooring model framework analyze intention. The collected survey data 383 Korean participants, consisting 198 participants Z 185 X. Findings findings indicate that low satisfaction discomfort are factors push people leave banks. The construction industry faces significant challenges including a critical skill shortage and an aging workforce, threatening the industry’s productivity, resilience, knowledge retention. In higher education, lecturers experience difficulties motivating their students. Within the scope of this project, learning outcomes are intended to be enhanced by an innovative teaching and method: digital educational escape games. Exploring design games as a modern constructivist approach enhance in STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) paper outlines evidence-based research based on semi-structured expert interviews qualitative content analysis.
