This research examines the influence of technostress on perceived organizational commitment (POC) and investigates how individual innovation mediates this relationship. Conducted within an engineering consulting firm, employs structural equation modeling (SEM) to analyze data from 147 employees. The objectives include determining extent which influences POC, assessing effect, identifying strategies mitigate impacts. Findings indicate that significantly negatively affects both POC innovation, with latter showing a positive correlation POC. Moreover, serves as partial mediator, mitigating adverse effects results highlight necessity for organizations foster innovative cultures while managing technostress, thus promoting resilient committed workforce. study contributes literature by integrating constructs commitment, providing actionable insights managers aiming enhance employee engagement stability.
