This study aimed to investigate the effects of heavy metals, such as copper, zinc, iron, cobalt, chromium, aluminium, manganese and molybdenum, on zebrafish egg hatching rate subsequent survival larvae. Each metal was used in various concentrations of0.05 mg/L, 50 mg/L 500 detect threshold limit tolerance. The study's results showed significant differences larvae between control group most experimental groups when adding metals concentrations. highest concentration (500 mg/L) induced tested this resulted total or larval mortality within 96 hr significantly lower life expectancy. Among zinc molybdenum had impact time, contrast iron that did not differentiate from group. Copper, aluminium affect eggs depending their exposure concentrations, which differentiated Also, findings demonstrate a dependence hatched heart concentration, particular, higher correspond rate. Zinc, Molybdenum copper proved be toxic causing increased hazard up shorter Finally, skeletal deformities occasionally observed expectancy eggs.
