In this review, utilizing the PRISMA methodology, a comprehensive analysis of use Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) across diverse professional sectors is presented, drawing from 159 selected research publications. Abstract This study delves into the implications of incorporating AI tools, specifically ChatGPT, in higher education contexts. With a primary focus on understanding acceptance and utilization ChatGPT among university students, research utilizes Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology (UTAUT) as guiding framework.
