The Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer (ChatGPT), an artificial intelligence-based web application, has demonstrated substantial potential across various knowledge domains, particularly in medicine. This cross-sectional study assessed the validity and possible usefulness of ChatGPT-4 assessing anxiety depression by comparing two questionnaires. tasked with generating a structured interview questionnaire based on validated Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale-7 (GAD-7). These new measures were referred to as GPT-PHQ-9 GPT-GAD-7. utilized Spearman correlation analysis, Intra-class coefficients (ICC), Youden's index, receiver operating characteristic (ROC) Bland-Altman plots evaluate consistency between scores from adapted those questionnaire. A total 200 college students participated. Cronbach's α indicated acceptable reliability for both (α = 0.75) GPT-GAD-7 0.76). ICC values 0.80 PHQ-9 0.70 GAD-7. Spearman's showed moderate associations (p 0.63) GAD-7 0.68). ROC curve analysis revealed optimal cutoffs 9.5 depressive symptoms 6.5 symptoms, high sensitivity specificity. good Future studies should investigate ChatGPT designed different populations.

The recent surge of generative artificial intelligence (AI) in higher education presents a fascinating landscape opportunities and challenges. AI has the potential to personalize create more engaging learning experiences. However, effectiveness interventions relies on well-considered implementation strategies. impact platforms is largely determined by particular environment distinct needs each student. Consequently, investigating attitudes future educators towards this technology becoming critical area research. This study explores students’ performance, experience, satisfaction within education. It specifically focuses experiences with varying levels technological proficiency. A comparative was conducted two groups from different academic contexts undergoing same experimental condition design, develop, implement instructional design projects using various produce multimedia content tailored their respective subjects. Undergraduates disciplines—Early Childhood Education (n = 32) Computer Science 34)—participated study, which examined integration into educational implementation. Results indicate that both demonstrated similar performance designing, developing, implementing projects. Regarding user general outcomes were across groups; however, Early students rated usefulness significantly higher. Conversely, reported slightly comfort level these tools. In terms overall satisfaction, expressed greater software than counterparts, acknowledging its importance for careers. contributes understanding how affect diverse backgrounds, bridging gap knowledge experience outcomes. Abstract The emergence of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) has caused significant disruptions on a global scale in various workplace settings, including the field instructional design (ID). Given paucity research investigating impact GenAI ID work, we conducted mixed methods study to understand designers (IDs)’ perceptions and experiences utilizing across spectrum tasks. A total 70 IDs completed an online survey, 13 them participated semi-structured interviews. survey results indicated IDs’ familiarity with perceived usability tools performing responsibilities their specific contexts. Qualitative findings further explained that often utilized (1) brainstorming ideas, (2) handling low-stake tasks, (3) streamlining process, (4) enhancing collaborations. Participants also expressed concerns challenges while using ID, quality concerns, data security privacy over authorship, ownership plagiarism, amongst others. Implications recommendations are discussed inform future practices research.

ABSTRACT Due to the frequent use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in daily life, it is thought that primary school students acquire information about this concept from various sources. The way these sources present AI may affect students' perceptions AI. In study, was aimed examine third and fourth grade through metaphors drawings. This research, which conducted with participation 262 students, phenomenological design. When participants were analysed, determined they produced 100 metaphors, evaluated 17 categories as humanistic feature, source, danger, development, superhuman service, source happiness, productivity, orientation, commitment, pervasiveness, necessity, security, speed, difficulty, virtual environment uncertainty. Accordingly, many different perspectives most danger. It human, brain living prominent human characteristic category; teacher, wise book finally, enemy, weapon monster danger category. drawing findings 37 codes represented four categories: purpose, object, interaction environment. purpose category, information, happiness; object mostly humanoid robot; emphasising interaction; not specified. line obtained, literature discussions made suggestions made.
